"Unhappy"

Four of us were at the Lonsdale yesterday for a meal we ordered two starters and after waiting over 30 mins I asked how long we would have to wait to be told they should have been served by now!!!.They came and were ok we then waited another 45mins when I asked where our main course was to be told they were extremely busy I explained how long we had waited and 10mins later three meals arrived I asked where the fourth meal was to be told only three were ordered by now extremely annoyed the manager came and again said only three meals were ordered and she apoligised said they were extremely busy with the match being on and normally would not serve food on a mathc day.Yes the pub was extremely busy but were they not expecting that as students back to uni and a match on they should have been prepared for a full house.The food itself was very basic and not hot my meal had no tomatoe or mushroom which was stated on the menu will we return a definate NO.Finally we had to step over people on each step of the stairs on leaving surely this is a Health and Safety issue..
