Rang holiday shop 3 times last year to book a cruise and every time they said they wud call me back,they didnt and i kept ringing them back.In the end i thought i was interupting them instead of trying to book a holiday,so i booked with someone else.

However we have booked several holidays with home & away in the past by going into the shop and the service was excellent....
