"Help stuck by volcanic ash!!!!!!!"

We were stuck in Lanzarote with the ash cloud and didn't know what to do! so we rang home or away to find out what was what? I must say Lindas staff kept us informed as mach as possible and I mean they rang us in Lanzarote how many travel agents would do that? As for the comments about answering the phone all Ican say is they obviously have'nt been in the shop to see how busy the girls are.I book all my holidays here and the girls give honest advice and i have never had a bad holiday!!

The girls go out of their way to help and I sit there for three hours to get the right holiday at the right price{even though they probably feel like ringing my neck}they are honest and friendly and I won't go anywhere else.
