I used this company as my washer wasn't draining water away and a friend recommended them. The gentleman arrived on time, put the washer through its paces but it was operating normally. I was impressed with his thorougness in checking the machine and quite happy to pay for his time but he waived it. You hear so many stories about people being ripped off, it was so refreshing to have the opposite experience.
