I TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES THIS AFTERNOON BUT THEIR PHONELINE APPEARS TO BE BROKEN. THERE IS JUST ONE LONG,LOUD,TONE, AS IF THE PHONE IS CUT-OFF, OR FAULTY.

VERY ANNOYING AND INCONVENIENT!.
