Goldstar gym on heaton road is the place to train . Over the last few years the owners Gary nd Alison clarke have transformed the once out dated gym to the Mecca of all gyms , in the 3 years they've owned the gym they have given it a new leace of life from air conditioned cardio room with brand new machines and a more up to date decor . The weights area is split into three rooms with again brand new machines . When you walk through the main door your greeted by friendly staff who are so helpful and make you feel welcome , the supplements which are on display are vast and real good value for money . All the staff including Gary nd Alison know there stuff too from advice on training to diet plans , Even the people who train are happy to give you there advice and when you see mr universe contenders happy to share there wisdom its an honour to talk to them . All I can say is come in and see for yourselves I know you'll be impressed as much as me . Welldone Gary nd Alison Clarke for creating an amazing place to train .
