"Information please"

Not your usual thing I know, but could you pls. tell me who would be at 101 George Street Newcastle Upon Tyne around 1922 - I have an old postcard showing my Mum as a baby with her parents and Cononley Brass Band, in the first Cowgills bus, from Lothersdale.

The postcard/photo gives John Stott, 101 George St., so was it a photographers I wonder? Thanks, Joan Tindale, Cowling..
