"What a polite corteous postie we have.."

At mid-day on 22nd December my local postie was confronted by an angry and verbally aggressive person a few doors up from me... he handled this with the utmost courtesy and politeness appologising in my prsence. When the said person came up to the postman and confronted him yet again... my superstar postie was calm and polite again.. after being called some uncalled for names.. my area is NE6 2RN and I would like to recommend this postman for the manner is which he kept calm and polite xxx what a star
