"I am also disgusted with the opening hours"

I find it hard to accept the limited opening hours of Saltwell crematorium. I understand budget cut back etc but there has to be a balance somewhere. My son was very upset the other day as he couldn't leave any flowers in the room where the Book of Remembrance is being held because he can't get back from school till 3.30.By the time the weekend comes it is too late. How do you explain cut back to a 5 year old?.
