MY BELOVED LATE ELDERLY FRIEND AND LATE NEIGHBOUR MR J.B. RECOMMENDED FENHAM TAXI, YEARS LATER, FENHAM TAXI SAVED MY LIFE.

Many years ago, about 20 in fact, I moved to Newcastle. My much loved car broke down, and I was lost without my car. I also found it difficult to park the car when I did have it. So good transport became a major issue for me. After many years later, I noticed that my neighbour had been using Fenham Taxi's. I never really thought about it even though I had often seen him use Fenham Taxi service.

My wonderful late friend said to me, 'why dont you use Fenham Taxi? They are reasonable priced and always friendly, helpful guys and most of all always on time!' J.B said with a big grin. 'You see, I saves you!' and he went away laughing with his usual bag of newly bought pint of largers and small whisky bottles.

J.B was right, I did not know at the time, that on many occasions they helped me rescue many animals in need, and took me to hospital for the many accidents I have had. Just last week, I came back after unintentionally rescuing a cat and the new owner. She failed to tell me that she rescued the cat from the drains! I was very foolish, and did not wait to find protective gloves, and when I tried to put the cat in the basket to take him to the vets, the cat had a huge panic attack and dug his claws right into my hands and possibly hit a small vein!

6 hours later on returning to Newcastle I knew I was in serious trouble. I remembered to call the NHS direct for medical advice and they told me to get to the hospital immediately! I was far too sick to drive by this time. Blood poisoning etc infections had started to take hold of my body fast and I was starting to struggle to stay conscious.

I called Fenham taxi with the number my late friend had given me, and I really did not think I would get one so late at night. The streets where heavy with drunken party goers and everyone else... I thought my number was up and my life would fade away.

I managed to call the Fenham Taxi services, and they said they would be over to my place to pick me up in 10 minutes. AS USUAL THEY never failed me, and was on time. Normally, since we live only minutes away by car from their taxi station, Fenham taxi are usually outside waiting for us to get to our door step! They are speedy, prompt, friendly and I have never felt more comfortable and safe to travel in their taxi cabs. I have never been ripped off by anyone of them.

I did not realise that my dear old much respected friend, late J.B. would be saving so many lives, including my own simply by giving me Fenham Taxi number with full recommendations.

Thank you to all the Fenham Taxi services, I wish you could work all over the UK and the world over. You all are simply the very best!

I want to say the people who are taxi drivers have to have so very many skills. The work all kinds of tough hours of work and have to listen and deal with so many circumstances and people. They are one of the unsung heros.
