"Waiting time"

The length of time waiting in waiting room is a disgrace,I've not had to go to doctors very often but the times i have i've waited over a hour each time.In the last 6 weeks my husband and son have had to attend and never have they been seen on time yet.At this moment my son appointment was 3.30 it is now 4.12 and he still hasn't been seen.I feel the this has to be looked into,as if patience were late we would be told our appointment is lost even at 10 Min's late,As i said this is a disgrace and would appreciate a answer as to why this keeps happening.
