After having used an older laptop for a few years I decided to purchase a new one last week. All the laptops at Currys have Windows 8 installed which was a totally new concept for me. Currys loaded up the programmes etc at a charge and sent me on my way. This morning I went back as I was having a few problems adjusting to the new concept and was offered a half-hour session to bring me up to speed for £50. After objecting to paying this on the grounds that Windows 8 was the only thing available in the store Knowhow then proceeded to "help" me with a couple of things, albeit I felt it was grudgingly done. Very bad service. .
