"Metro centre awful customer service!!!"

I witnessed disgusting customer service in the Superdrug Metrocentre store earlier today. one member of staff along with the manager had a minor dispute with a customer infront of me over a promotional deal, at which the customer paid and left. The manager then proceeded to mutter 'silly b****' as she walked away, in full earshot of other customers. She was also extremely confrontational to the customer at the time. DISGUSTING! this is not good customer service and needs to be rectified before I will consider shopping here again..
