"Parcel pick up"

I succeeded on the third attempt to pick up a parcel this morning at 7am having been the eighth person in the queu.

yesterday at 9.15am i was approx.15th in the queu when my parking ticket ran out so i left 15mins later with 10 people still in front of me.

i returned again at 10.30am to find the queu bigger still so i gave up.

the office is outdated and needs to be enlarged with more operators.

the only plus is the staff who were pleasant did their best..
