Ordered a not insignificant amount of furniture with a pre Christmas delivery guaranteed. Eventually advised all was ready for delivery so foolishly paid up. The"delivery" was less than half of the order with a load of pathetic excuses being made. Ongoing delays and more excuses meant the goods were eventually delivered seven weeks late and to add insult to injury half of it required home assembly, that was not advised at point of order.
