"None existant customer service"

Apart from the extremely negative approach to customer service and seemingly inept staff and lack of any up go date stock I question wether these people are actually understanding of any customer focus.or needs. Having been a customer for a while ( not anymore I hasten to add) I was put off by the lack of understanding the staff's attitude and the complete unprofessional approach to customers and their individual needs. With plenty of other options around the area I would seriously consider ANY other options. If your above sixty then its fine any other age id steer well clear, I'm pretty certain when you walk through the door it a case of "how much money can I get " not "how can we help this customer". .
