"Unfair treatment"

They claim there is no patient stigma from mental health professionals in Gateshead and that they are passionate to help. I used to believe this. Try putting in a complaint about a CPN for miss conduct and see how many people listen, care or believe you. That's stigma because if your a mental health patient then you'll automatically be assumed as paranoid and the professional will be believed regardless of the evidence against them.

I'd advise anyone to steer clear of this place. Sometimes it's better to receive no help at all than a service which is biased and ultimately detrimental to your well being and recovery.

The most constructive advice I could give anyone unwell is if you want impartial help then use the Samaritans instead, they have no agenda and no reason not to listen or believe you..
