"Service horrendous"

I used to think this was a really helpful post office until over a week ago. I went in and my envelope wasn't shut properly I didn't recognise this woman I spoke to she had a Saturn mannor too. I kindly asked her for a piece of celotape to which she replied. No we don't have tape and if you want some you will have to but a roll form over there. I was gobsmacked she was awful and u helpful. I said are you joking I don't think so. I will never uses that post office again on principle and have told everyone I know not too either. The lay gate post office is very helpful..
