"60% payout not 72%"

Everybody who has played at either arcades in Jarrow should contact the gaming commission as these machines are set at 60% not the legal 70%. They say on some of the machines 88% in which they are not. Just in the last 3 weeks the gambling commission have received 6 complaints from unhappy customers. So contact the gaming and seek legal advice thanks.
