"Very rude manager"

I went to return a dress that my husband bought me from X catalogue shop in Washington galleries. Might I add that I hadn't worn and with my receipt. To be told I will not be getting a refund as the manager said I had worn it.i had ruined it and spilt something on.the manager was rude and unprofessional. Made me feel so small infront of other customers. She was standing smelling the dress.couldn't believe how immature and rude this thing was.no number no head office to complain I'm going round in circles. She should not get away with speaking to customers the very people who keep them shops open buy purchasing their clothes.something I will never do again and my family will never shop there again.very stuck up old woman needs educating on manners..
