A review of Noble Organisation Ltd by Lifelong Learner written on Tuesday 2nd of December 2008
I have been involved with lifelong learning with the unions now for a while but I have never heard of the great Noble Organisation enabling its staff to develop themselves as far as Lit/Numeracy, ICT or other courses of interest such as langauges, CV skills for promotion within.
I may be wrong but I think such a big organisation should begin to engage its staff and lead from the front. Generally speaking a company doesn't have to recognise a union to lead with the governemnts learning agenda but I think thousands of people put a lot into Nobles within the Organisation and outside.
I would like to say to those in power, please involve 'people' within your business objectives for these are the ones you rely on to exist. You will find staff will be more productive and the image of the company should improve.
Kind regards
GD
