"Unreliable"

I used Abbay plastering for my kitchen ceiling and was pleased with the work. Have just fitted a new kitchen and arranged a day / time with Abbay to plaster my kitchen walls too. Was very disappointed when Abbay plastering rang 15 minutes late to say they couldn't make it as the van had broke down and would not be able to complete the work until 5 days later! Couldn't help thinking this was an excuse as already was informed how busy they were. I'd spent the previous day preparing for workers coming and moved everything out of my kitchen only to have to put it all back again! Won't be using this company again and wouldn't recommend them..
