"Update Needed"

A review of Byker Post Office by Fussy Customer written on Thursday 3rd of December 2009

This is a very busy high street post office. The staff are friendly and helpful on the whole with a couple of exceptions.

I have used this post office for several years now and although the queues can be off-putting the staff soon get through the customers.

As this seems to be a successful and well used business I cannot understand the Post Office allowing the premises to be so shabby and desperately in need of up-dating..
