"Automatic answering is rubbish"

I am trying to contact Lloyds TSB Ryton with a specific enquiry and can only find a tel. no. 0845 3000000 - an expensive phone call and very unsatisfactory dealing with automated enquiries. I am very unhappy with this system and would much prefer to talk to a person at the branch concerned..
